Insulated glass is consisted of two or more glass panel, which is seal by glazing tape with high strength and high air tightness composite adhesive around. In order to make sure the air dry degree of each glass panel, we filled with the dry gas in the aluminum spacer as the desicant. We can choose different kinds of glass according to customer’s requirement. For example: colorless transparent float glass embossed glass, heat-absorbing glass, reflective glass, laminated glass, tempered glass, Low E glass etc. The thickness of glass such as 3、4、5、6、8、10、12mm and thickness of spacer like 6、9、12mm.
To design the perfect insulated glass with suitable aluminum spacer is very important. The reason is that the thickness of the spacer will be affect the energy transfer. It can reduce the energy transfer by the radiation form, thereby reducing the energy loss.
