8.76mm milky white safety laminated glass
Introduction
8.76mm milky white tempered laminated glass, also called 442 milky white ESG VSG, it’s a kind of safety glass and decorative glass, is made by two pieces 4mm safety tempered glass bonded together with PVB/SGP interlayer, can be made by two compositions:
1. one piece 4mm milky white screen printing tempered glass + two layers (0.76mm) colorless PVB/SGP interlayer + one piece 4mm clear tempered glass.
2. two pieces 4mm transparent tempered glass + 0.38mm milky white PVB/SGP + 0.38mm clear PVB/SGP interlayer.
Characteristic
1. Use the 8.76mm white color translucent laminated glass for construction, could help protect privacy effectively, and help decorate the building, to make the building much more attractive;
2. 8.76mm white safety laminated glass is high safety glass, it is hard to be penetrated because the interlayer can absorb and weaken a mass of striking energy when the laminated glass meets attack. And even the laminated glass is broken, the splinters will stick on the interlayer, won’t scatter to hurt humans.
Specification
• Size: Max 3000*8000mm, any customized size could be produced. If the size over 1000*1500mm, suggest to use at least 3 layers PVB/SGP, to make sure best quality.
• Processing: polished edges, drill holes, cutouts, cut notches, etc.
• Type: milky white Flat laminated glass, milky white curved laminated glass
• Quality standard: in accordance with EN 12150-2:2004, European standard (NB0336)
Application
