Laminated glass, also call multi-layer glass, it is a kind of super safety glass, which is made by bonding two or more layers glass together with interlayer like PVB, SGP, EVA, and under high temperature and pressure, to make them stick together tightly.

» Multilayer laminated glass is a kind of safety glass, it’s resilient interlayers have the capacity to absorb the energy of impact and resist penetration. Although the glass is broken, the glass fragments will adhere to the interlayer, minimizing the risk of injury and property damage.

» Multi-layer laminated glass is an effective sound control glass, it has a higher sound reduction index than monolithic glass of equal thickness between the frequencies of 125Hz and 4,000Hz, because of the shear damping performance of interlayer.

» Laminated glass is a kind of UV control glass, it can block over 99% of the UV rays while allowing most of the visible light through, which could protect the interior goods from fading.

» Laminated glass is a kind of decorative glass, it can be manufactured to flat or curved, including annealed, heat-strengthened, toughened, heat-soaked, wired, patterned, sandblasted, etched, silkscreen printed, digital printed, tinted, reflective glass, etc. Internal layers can be PVB, SGP, EVA with different colors, and could add some materials like fabric, metal, etc. for further aesthetic and privacy needs.
