About 5+5mm Safety Smart Glass

5+5mm smart glass also call privacy glass, switchable transparent glass ( STG ), switchable smart glass, smart film glass. It is state of the art laminated glass with a PDLC film interlayer between two sheets of 5mm safety tempered glass. The PDLC film is two layer PET-ITO conducting film + Middle inside (LCD) Liquid Crystal Membrane.

The smart glass is an intelligent high function glass, which has a special characteristic of changing between tranparent and opaque by voltage control. When privacy is required the current is switched off and the crystals scatter into a random formation which prevents vision through the glass.
