About 11.14mm heat strengthened laminated glass
11.14mm heat strengthened laminated glass also named 553 clear HS laminated glass, 5+5mm clear HS laminated glass. Heat strengthened laminated glass is similar to tempered laminated glass except that the cooling is done by a nature way, while tempered laminated glass is done by rapidly. The most advantage of half tempered laminated glass is non self-explosion. So it’s very popular in glass application such as bulletproof glass, windscreen etc.

Combination: 5mm clear HS glass + 1.14mm PVB +5mm clear HS glass
Size: Max size can be reach 3000*12000mm, customized size is accepted.
PVB size: 1.14mm. Other available size is multiply of 0.38mm
PVB color: clear. Other available PVB color such as white, blue, bronze, grey, green etc.

Advantage of 5+5 clear HS laminated glass
1.Heat-strengthened laminated glass provides necessary resistance to thermal stability, its flatness and light transmission is close to that of annealed laminated glass and much better than that of tempered laminated glass.
2.With the exception of strength and breakage characteristic, heat-strengthened laminated glass retains the normal properties of annealed laminated glass including chemical resistance, hardness, expansion and deflection.
3.HS laminated glass is 3 times more resistant to thermal stress in comparison to normal annealed laminated glass.
4.It can withstand temperature difference of 100°C (in range of 50°C to 150°C) compared to ordinary annealed laminated glass which can withstand up to 40°C.
