China Hot Bent Glass and Curved Tempered Glass Supplier
Brief Introduction
As to the curved glass, it includes tempered curved glass and hot bent curved glass. The hot bent curved glass is produced by heating the high quality flat float glass to the softening degree, then through computer control to realize automatic radian changing and adjusting the radian. The tempered curved glass is produced through the mold shaping by computer control and then quick cooling, it possesses characteristic of both hot bent glass and tempered glass.
Difference between tempered curve glass and hot bent curve glass
• Tempered curved glass is safety glass, it broken into small obtuse angles which is human harmless, while hot bent curved glass is like normal float glass which broken into sharp splinters, which easy to hurt human.
• Tempered curved glass only could produce one radius curve glass, while hot bent curved glass could produce with multi-radius like cylinder, cone, "S", "Z", "U" and don’t have too much size limitation.
